We are both a developer and Independent Power Producer (IPP) — structuring, financing, owning, and operating projects that deliver clean, reliable baseload energy.

Paul Martin
Executive Director
Paul Martin is Executive Director at Nuclear Energy Partners, bringing over 30 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, and energy finance. Since 2022, he has raised more than $1 billion for alternative investments, demonstrating his ability to align institutional capital with transformative opportunities. Paul previously held senior roles at Bank of America and G.E. Capital, where he advised on complex financings across infrastructure and advanced technologies. At NEP, he leads strategic initiatives in nuclear infrastructure investment, combining financial expertise with a commitment to advancing clean energy solutions. Paul is a graduate of Santa Clara University.
Canon Bryan
Senior Advisor
Canon Bryan is a Senior Advisor at Nuclear Energy Partners and currently serves as CEO of SuperCritical Technologies, an innovator in the uranium and critical metals extraction industry. With more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance, natural resources, and advanced energy ventures, he brings a unique blend of financial and technical expertise. Canon is also a co-founder of Terrestrial Energy, where he helped advance the commercialization of molten salt reactor technology. At NEP, he advises on strategy, partnerships, and capital formation, leveraging his experience across nuclear fuel, advanced reactors, and critical resource development.
Peter Cotton, Ph.D.
Senior Advisor
Dr. Peter Cotton is a Senior Advisor at Nuclear Energy Partners and a recognized expert in artificial intelligence, probability theory, and quantitative finance. He is the author of Microprediction, a book on using open data and crowd-sourced forecasting to improve real-world decision-making. Peter has held senior positions at Morgan Stanley and J.P. Morgan, specializing in predictive analytics and structured risk modeling. At Crunch Labs, he focused on developing prediction markets, applying advanced data science to practical forecasting. At NEP, Peter leverages his expertise in machine learning and probabilistic modeling to enhance nuclear project risk assessment and investment strategies.

Constantin Koutzaroff
Managing Director
Constantin Koutzaroff is a Managing Director at Nuclear Energy Partners with more than two decades of experience in international banking and capital markets. He has held senior roles at Société Générale, ANZ Investment Bank, and Crédit Agricole CIB, specializing in structured finance, project financing, and risk management for energy and infrastructure. At NEP, Constantin leads initiatives in capital formation and cross-border financing, leveraging his global perspective to align European, Asian, and North American investors with advanced nuclear projects. His career reflects a proven ability to design complex financial solutions that drive innovation in the clean energy sector.
Grant Draper
Managing Director
Grant Draper is a Managing Director at Nuclear Energy Partners, specializing in investor engagement, market intelligence, and regulatory matters. He brings extensive experience from Draper Global, where he advised on energy, infrastructure, and technology transactions across multiple markets. Based in San Francisco, Grant is well-connected within the Bay Area venture capital community, leveraging those networks to support NEP’s capital formation and strategic initiatives. His career has focused on bridging capital markets with complex regulatory landscapes, ensuring projects are both investment-ready and compliant. At NEP, he strengthens investor relationships and aligns nuclear projects with market and policy priorities.
Sola Talabi, Ph.D.
Senior Advisor
Dr. Sola Talabi is a Senior Advisor at Nuclear Energy Partners and the CEO of Pittsburgh Technical, where he leads advanced initiatives in nuclear engineering, risk assessment, and safety innovation. With extensive experience at Westinghouse and across the nuclear sector, Sola has contributed to reactor design, systems reliability, and advanced safety modeling. He is widely published on nuclear safety and regulatory strategy, bridging engineering rigor with practical project execution. At NEP, he advises on risk management, reactor technology, and regulatory compliance, ensuring projects are technically robust, investment-ready, and aligned with the highest safety and performance standards.
Eoin Ó Faoláin
Head of Strategic Partnerships
Eoin Ó Faoláin is Head of Strategic Partnerships at Nuclear Energy Partners with experience in finance, consulting, and strategy development. He has worked on complex projects at State Street, Accenture, and Boston Consulting Group, building expertise in strategic planning, operational analysis, and market research. Eoin applies this background to support large-scale infrastructure and energy initiatives, developing practical strategies that align technical execution with organizational goals. At NEP, he focuses on client engagement, financial modeling, and strategy, helping ensure that business initiatives are structured with analytical rigor and positioned to succeed in competitive financial and regulatory environments.
Assil Halimi, Ph.D.
Head of Technology and Risk Analytics
Dr. Assil Halimi is Head of Risk Analytics at Nuclear Energy Partners and the CEO of Apollo Atomics, an innovative technology company in the advanced nuclear supply chain. He recently earned his Ph.D. in Nuclear Engineering from MIT, where his research advanced applications in energy systems and industrial applications. Assil has also held positions with the Safran Group and Engie, contributing to technology development and energy infrastructure projects across Europe. At NEP, he focuses on risk modeling and advanced analytics of NPP construction processes, combining academic rigor with industry experience to strengthen the execution and reliability of next-generation nuclear projects
